Ready-to-ship items (such as studs, chains, and nosewear) are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 2–4 business days. Made-to-order or customized bridal necklace sets and karas require 7–14 working days for hand-crafting and hallmarking.

What is your return and exchange policy for online orders?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange and return policy for standard, non-customized inventory in unused, original condition with security tags intact. Custom-engraved or bespoke pieces are non- refundable but covered by our lifetime trade-in policy.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or missing an item?

All shipments are fully insured by Syed Jewellers during transit. If your parcel arrives tampered with or damaged, do not accept delivery or record an unboxing video and notify our customer care within 24 hours for immediate replacement.

How can I track the shipping status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing
your courier tracking number and direct live tracking link.
